Order Patches and Scarves

Patches
Shirts Worn During Visits:
New Members receive a free embroidered patch that can be ironed on to any shirt meeting the SDLOAL guidelines for visits:
As an option, your name can be embroidered on the shirt for an additional $5. You must provide the shirt to an LOAL board member, and provide the name exactly as you want it to appear on the shirt. There is a minimum 3 week lead-time for having your name embroidered on the shirt - we'll do our best to have it completed as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee the return date.
Additional Patches:
Additional patches may be ordered for $5 each, and may be affixed to shirts or other personal items.

For scarf orders, please specify the following in the message:

Please indicate how payment is being made (cash to any member of the board, check or money order mailed to the LOAL Treasurer, etc.)
Scarf Options:
Style A = Scarf that ties around animal's neck, available in Medium (fits necks ~15-20") and Large (for necks ~20-30")
Style B = Scarf that is velcroed around neck, available Small (necks ~10-14"), Medium and Large.
Style C = Banner Scarf that pet's collar slips through, available in Small and Medium, and accommodates up to 1" collars, intended for small pets only.
